<p>it doesn't separate you, u get to live in south quad with honors students, but the honors program at umich is pretty stupid, there is no special treatment.</p>
<p>Of course NYao, a non-honors student, would know this best. kinch, please read the other 15 threads on the michigan board with the same title. My short answer: Yes, it's well worth it.</p>
