Prospective College Freshman Transfer 2.6 GPA

I am looking to transfer to CSU for fall semester of this year. I will be finishing my freshman year my current college in North Carolina in the next few days. When I applied for colleges after my senior year in high school, I was actually accepted into CSU. I have made the wrong choice by deciding to go to my current school instead, and have had extremely bad experiences here due to a variety of different reasons. I did really well first semester and made a 3.2 GPA. For my second semester, I decided to challenge myself with more rigorous classes like Computer Science and struggled the entire semester with coursework. I expect my GPA to drop to a 2.6 worst case scenario (I have a few finals left). I was wondering if I have any hope transferring here with a 2.6 college GPA in addition with my high school transcripts/information that got me accepted to CSU in the first place.
