Prospective CS/ECE/EE major, what are my chances?

Going to be a senior next year; would like to know what I should work on and what to expect for myself next year.

Looking at CMU/MIT/CalTech/GeorgiaTech/UCB/UW (safety) programs.

Objective:
SAT: 1530, will retake and expect ~1570
SAT II:

  • Bio E - 800
    Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4.00 unweighted, 4.53 weighted
    Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): None available, top 5% @ highly ranked school

Volunteer/Community service: ~100 hrs doing random stuff through key club; don’t expect much from this

Summer Activities:

  • Internship @ local startup sophomore year
  • Internship @ SV startup junior year
  • Will try for a Google internship senior year
