1) I plan on going onto a college road trip in August, but I won't have enough time to catch a campus tour or info session on NEastern. Will that hurt me in admissions? Also, it said on the Common Data Set that the level of applicant's interest is "not considered".

2) Can I just walk onto Northeastern's campus and tour around myself with being on a tour, just to get a feel for it?

3) How much merit aid do you think that I could get? I have a 34 ACT, 3.99 UW GPA, tons of EC's + community service + work experience.

If it matters, I am applying for the 6 year BS/DPT [doctor of physical therapy] program. Thanks =]

The 6 year physical therapy program is very competitive. You also have good stats so you should be a strong candidate. You should also recieve some sizable merit aid probably 10-16k. Definitely show interest and apply early action if Northeastern is your top choice. Good luck!

Thanks a lot NEasternkid!

But, wait… can someone answer #1 please?

^Just apply EA to show interest. I’m not sure if I even filled anything out when I visited, so I don’t know if they keep records (they very well could though, but I think applying EA is your best option!).

Okay thanks blink, I will just stop by and go in if I can. I will definitely be applying EA!

EA is DEFINITELY the way to go… wayyyyyyyyyyy better chances! :)

Friend visited after, not before acceptances so I do not think it matters, for admissions purposes whether you show interest by visiting or not.
