I was really excited when I discovered the SESP program at Northwestern. Their social policy major contains everything I am looking for in a college major. My ECs and passions are clearly geared towards SESP but my GPA is on the lower end. I’m not sure if SESP is a harder school to get into or not… but should I take the risk and apply? Or should I just apply to Weinberg?
Bump?
Apply to SESP. They are more lenient with stats than Weinberg.
Does anyone else have any insight on this?
I’d expect SESP to be easier to enter (though still extremely difficult) and NU seems to really value high GPAs.
In any case, applying to Weinberg makes no sense if you love SESP.
