Prospective Student Wishing To Transfer To USC. The Question is, CAN I DOUBLE MAJOR?

I hope you can help.. here's the deal..

I am a community college student. Fall 2006 is my first semester in community college, as i just graduated from high school earlier this year in june.

I'm a full time student now in community college, 18 units, taking all transferable classes that go into USC. I turned in the part 1 application and selected POLI SCI as my 1st Major and CREATIVE WRITING as my 2nd major choice.

In high school I was part of the Drama Club, Philosophy Club, Choir Club, Skating Club. I performed community service with an EOP's Program tutoring middle school kids. I also tutored elementary school kids daily for half of my senior year.

Now in community college, here only 20 miles away from USC, Cerritos College, I am part of the TV and FILM Club, Model UN Club, Philosophy Club and Photography club.

(I also started my own business 3 years ago on eBay). Sorry to gloat.
But the reason I ask this is because i'm pondering whether or not I will be accepted. Currently I expect my college GPA to be 3.7-3.9

First, considering my GPA, I was wondering if the GPA matters which is individual GPA? If Poli Sci has a higher gpa required to be admitted than Creative writing or something.

It would be great to do the poli sci major but I feel that I will have much free time and be able to double major at USC since my current class are fufilling the required classes.

So once accepted in USC, if im majoring in poli sci...and im allowed to double major...can i choose a major such as something in filming or acting? I know those are part of another school within USC, which is why im asking. Could i opt to double major in journalism or business? Would i have better odds since i would already be a student?
