Protesting a high school grade

What is involved in protesting a high school grade? Anyone have any experience with doing it? If so, any +/-would be appreciated.

Each school district (and sometimes each school or even each department) sets its own policy about this. Start with your guidance counselor or your school principal to find out what your school’s policy is.

Be absolutely certain that you have all of the supporting paperwork: copies of all of your quizzes, lab reports, tests, etc. You will need an absolutely perfect paper-trail.

Wishing you all the best.

I agree with all the above. My daughter did this. It made all of the difference in what schools she was able to get into. She emailed her Principal, and asked for a meeting. The email also included the reason she thought the grade should be changed. The Principal gave her the meeting and called her GC in. She had the assistant principal to investigate. Another meeting was called with the findings, and at that point the grade was changed. Look at it this way. All they can say is no. Good luck
