Prove Self-Studying Language?

I am planning on majoring in Foreign Languages/Linguistics in college, and over the past 2-3 years I have been independently studying Russian and Portuguese. However, there are not any standardized tests or anything that I can take and I can't afford to take classes at a local community college or anything like that. I want to show colleges my interest in this field, but is there anything I can do besides just listing them in the Activities Section of the Common App?

Take a look at this page:

[List of language proficiency tests - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](List of language proficiency tests - Wikipedia)

It is true that there are no APs or SAT IIs in either of the languages that you listed. However, you can try looking into the tests developed by the CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and see where your level fits in. These tests are standardized and are recognized by most EU countries.

Some colleges will also have their own tests to prove proficiency in particular subjects, but these typically occur after acceptance and prior to registering for courses so that they know what level to start you at. One of my undergrad institutions did this, especially for foreign languages, but of course not all will have that option. You could also send an e-mail to the admissions committee or department chair for that major and see what they suggest. Perhaps they will suggest a supplementary writing sample or an interview, depending what their requirements are for that program and how competitive it is.
