Proving florida residency to colleges

I am applying to UF, FSU, and USF. I completed the online residency affidavit to UF and USF, but FSU requires it to be sent by fax or mail. I just recently found out that USF has me as a non-florida resident and I'm pretty sure that UF does as well. I have all 3 residency affidavits printed and in front of me and filled out.

The UF one has my mom on it and her alien registration card and Florida license. The USF and FSU ones have my dad on it and his Florida license and his vehicle registration. If I send the UF one off with a copy of both sides of the alien registration card and her FL license and the USF and FSU ones with my dads FL license and vehicle registration, will that be enough? I will be finished with all 3 applications by tomorrow and thought that I could get all this done before school starts on the 24th so all I have to do is apply for housing. Should I have them send their most recent tax returns and proof of ownership of the house as well? I can't take the risk of not being considered an in-state student. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

Anyone…?
