The letter reads, " This acceptance is provisional based upon continued satisfactory performance in your classes and graduation from high school; but judging from your work to date, we are confident you will be successful."

Does this mean they aren't sure if they want me and can revoke my status, or am i just over thinking this. Are they saying i have to submit senior transcript, which i'm not worried about or they aren't sure if they want me. It's my favorite school! I'm hoping for the best.

They want you. They can revoke your status if you deserve it. Yes your school needs to submit your final transcript.

The college administration would be full of fools if they just let anyone goof off senior year wouldn’t you agree? How else to they inform applicants of that fact or hold them accountable?

Such “conditionality” is standard with every college.

Every college acceptance has this language. Basically it gives the school the right to rescind any admission offer if an applicant tanks grade-wise or has some significant problematic incident senior year. Colleges do rescind acceptances in a few of these cases. But you have been accepted (congratulations!) – just keep grades at a good (B’s) level stay out of trouble, graduate HS and you are fine.
