provisions

i received my letter of admission today. there was a sheet of provisions which stated things that needed to be done in order for me to transfer successfully such as submit my second semester transcripts and my ap grades. one of the provisions was to get at least a 3.0 this semester. this shouldn't be a problem, but just in case i was wondering if i got a little lower than that will they decline my admission? has anyone heard of this happening? at the top of the sheet it says they MAY take back my admission.

hi there transfer2012,

do you mind sharing whether you are an international or a domestic student transferring to UW?

domestic; i'm from wisconsin

ok, thanks!

I'm also a transfer (domestic) student, transferring from another UW school, and unfortunately, my gpa has fallen to a 2.86....what are the chances of them taking it away? Do you think I'd be on academic probation or they'd just say buh-bye?
