yeah I actually put A first but then I changed my answer because saying tha Africans in history actually did help doesn’t refute the point that in the future, Western people will decide the fate of the conservation…rather, if the western leaders taught the Africans, then maybe these africans can take over some day…

the native americans— was that e? no error?

I’m pretty sure the Native Americans one was E.

omg 3 wrong in CR 1 wrong in W so far

I put that, nice! Oh and also, for the Paragraph Improvement, was it All the works of the writer, for instance, was made into moves or For Instance, (Writer)'s works were made into movies. I thought it was All the works because they were talking about the artist’s works before the sentence.

technically, we don’t know who’s right and wrong so don’t let it bother you so much

Umm, the Jane Austen one right?

I put All the works of the writer.

African Passage:
Leakey and Goodall were PROPONENTS of conservation.

Did anyone put RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION for the Grammar Passage?

Reading through this, apparently I missed 2 of the easiest math questions

Aaand question for you all: Is it “resistance to” or “resistance against” for the one about our bodies’ resistance?

@Yunsang: are u talking about the but one?

“Leakey and Goodall were PROPONENTS of conservation.”

^ I was wondering about that one, I had that too.
For righteous indignation one I had sympathetic understanding though.

also I had that resistance to is correct. I’m not sure if it is though.

dark knight: I put righteous indignation. All indications are, I was wrong.

What did you guys get for the one with the passage about the grammar sticklers where the question was something like “what are these two passages about?” I put “the self-perception of grammar sticklers” but “people who are concerned about language errors” (or something similar) seemed pretty correct too.

I don’t have a practice book so I can’t calculate my score, but I think I missed 3 CR, 1 Math and 1 Writing. Any guesses to what that correlates to?

resistance one- put no error

ughh…i don’t know, maybe A was the answer for the refute one

what was the proponent question, pretty sure I didn’t put that one though…maybe I did?

oh nvm yeah i put all the workds
and i totally dont remember the resistance one arghh but i think resistance to is fine

wat was refute?
wat was resistance?

i dont remember the proponent question…

I put “people who are concerned about language errors”

because passage 1 wasn’t the viewpoint of the language sticklers,

jake, your score would be according to the thing, M75, CR 73 and W76

but i think that’s too harsh

The proponent questions was asking why the author lists out Goodall and all the other scientists.

@awesomemath - Yeah, I think so.
Oh and also, there was another question on CR on conservation where the choices included A, hypothesis based on previous sentence, B, digression summarizing arguments, C claim without supporting evidence and i forgot the rest.
@jakesonaplanne - I put self perceptions.
