WHY was it 2.50 for math one?? i got 2.25. 1.00 + .5 + .75

the 1 dollar was 28
the .75 was like 16 i think (not sure)
and the .5 was 10

I think I had that for the rebute question, but I don’t really remember what the question was.

^
Um you need 60 oz though and 28 + 16 + 10 is only 54.

@ jkflintown - The recipe had to use 60 ounces. That’s 54 ounces you have there.

that doesnt add up to 60…

Refute question was A) Some unrecognized african conservationists helped in the efforts to conserve.

For the math one, 28 + 32 (two 16’s) gives you the minimal cost.

Oracular was right. I also picked catalog…it seemed to be the best choice. Not sure though.

cribelle: i put people who are concerned about language errors, because it was true for both, while the one about language sticklers applied more to the second passage only.

I had catalog as well, the rest didn’t make sense.

I have a different question that no one has asked yet (I think, I skimmed the questions) :

the math question with the absolute value answer choices, something like “X lies within 5 units of coordinate 4 for all possible values of x.”

I’m not exactly sure what I put, but anyone else remember?

1) In the reading about African conservation where it asked to refer back to the quote with “two centuries ago…”, where the natives used to live together with the wild, but now they percieve it as threats, did the correct answer include something about “natural order”?

@ invoyable - Abs value (x-4) = 5

Darn, I got one CR wrong then, lol, it’s kinda disheartening to be the only who didn’t pick A for the refute one…ahhh, I wish i didn’t change my answer

oh, and the one about father one, it was "he felt irrelevant’ right?
and for wikepedia, the library has more accurate information

why is the answer assert without evidence? i mean i think its true that he asserted it kinda randomly but wasn’t the question like “what’s the purpose”?

@ 45fly6129 - Yes.

yep, i put something along the lines of conflict with natrual order

I got lx-4l=5

^Pretty sure I got that wrong too. I guessed and put D. Forget what it was.

yeah, irrelevant for the father’s feelings

and the information of the library is more accurate

Yeah, i put irrelavent and that the library was a more trustworthy source. I know what it feels like. I missed the question in the marrying passage about the "two globs of (some cooking ingredient). I put down wasteful when I knew it wasn’t. Were there like no E’s for the last CR section?

What was the letter for the |x-4|=5 question?

What was the answer for the first question about organ and the wedding? I put D, something like “lack of awareness about the event.”

Another question - were the last 4 questions of the test A, B, C, D? I find that pretty amusing lol.
