I haven’t seen a thread yet for the 2016 PSAT so I thought I would start one. Scores come out Monday, good luck everyone!!!
This might be what you are seeking - http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/national-merit-scholarships/1941884-nms-cutoff-predictions-for-class-of-2018-p1.html
they’re on naviance.
I got my subscores but not a total score, and nothing was posted to naviance or collegeboard yet
we dont get access to naviance yet-maybe in spring?
what time do they come out. I thought they were supposed to be out by now
.
The scores just became available online.
My daughters scores NOT posted yet ? Are there others still waiting ?
My daughter’s not avail yet either. We’re in CT.
Nothing for us yet either
my daughter also a ct student but studying/took test abroad this year .
My daughter took the test abroad - her scores are posted.
1270 for S2. Not sure about the qualifying score. We are in NY, so presume this is too low.
1500… Good enough for Finalist?
I saw you in another thread. Depending on your index, I think you are in a great seat for finalist.
My son is in 10th grade and his school decided that every student would take the PSAT test for the first time this year. Unfortunately they told students just days before the test and they claim it will be used as just a baseline. He scored a 1220 and has never taken a high-stakes test like this before (public school).
1500…@Starforward I’m in the same position as you… I’m in NC, where the cutoff is pretty high. Yikes. I’m 225 on the index, the cutoff is like 220 or something.
I don’t know if you only want Juniors reporting but my Sophomore scored 1400 with SI 211. This was an improvement from 189 last year and I think puts her in a good position for next year as she hasn’t really done any prep yet other than SAT question of the day app. KS cut off was 217 last year.
For the Juniors, would you mind telling us your previous year’s scores and what level of prep.
Washington State Junior. This year: 1480 (221) Sophomore Year: 1380 (205) Freshman Year: 193 (W: 63 M: 64 R: 62) Looking at the predicted cutoffs, I should be able to make it, but it will be close. Hope this helps someone.
