PSAT Critical Reading Help

<p>So, the PSAT is around the corner. I'm a junior this year and I'm taking the test on the 20th of October.</p>

<p>I've been studying since June, and all that work did pay off, but I still seem to struggle on the Critical Reading section. I took a practice test today, and while I am satisfied with a 224 (69 CR, 80 M, 75 W), the disparity between my CR score and my scores on the other sections troubles me a bit.</p>

<p>So, any tips for the Critical Reading section? I seem to have the most trouble with the paired passage readings. Also, would you recommend cramming in vocabulary? If so, do you know any lists that could help (other than Direct Hits)?</p>

<p>Have you tried The Daily Word - an iPhone app for vocab review? It has all the words you need and practice questions to test yourself with.</p>
