I know that the SAT has multiple forms/versions but I have also heard from reliable sources that the PSAT has only one form. Is this true? Thanks.

There are ALWAYS 2 forms of the test, Form W and Form S, each for their respective days. However, one year, there was a third form, Form A given out because of a mishap over shipping materials.

The SAT has more forms in that each person receives a different experimental and the sections are ordered differently with the exception of Section 1 and 10 (this would exclude all international forms, of course).

The PSAT has 2 forms, one for Wednesday and one for Saturday. Everyone taking the test on Wednesday will have the EXACT same form, and everyone taking the test on Saturday will have the EXACT same form.

Wait, I thought there was always a form A for when you missed the exam due to extenuating circumstances …!

thanks 10char

If you miss an exam, you take a ‘modified’ SAT, which is that month’s SAT but cut down and formatted
