PSAT--->JAN SAT: How to study?

My PSAT was a complete failure.

65 CR
68 M
56 W

Since then, I've taken 6 BB Tests.

CR: Varies, depending on the longer passages, generally get 2-3 vocab wrong, 1 wrong on short. I think I'm stuck in the 640-690 range, although I've gotten a 750 on one test. :) I sometimes leave 1-2 out because I run out of time(left 6 out on PSAT)

M: Around 700-740. I sometimes make 2-3 careless errors on easy/medium questions and get stuck on 1-2 hard questions that test weird concepts. I just finish each section with <1 minute left.

W: This seems to make the least sense to me. I usually get 3-4 MC wrong(which doesn't reflect my PSAT at all) I think I can get atleast a 10 on the essay if I write 2 pages, use some decent examples, good vocab, sentence structure, and organization.

I want the sacred 2200 with something like, M:750,CR:700,W:750
What should I do? Especially with winter break coming up.

I recommend doing a lot of practice problems. Do a section at a time, and do a couple each day. Try to focus on a certain area. Good luck to you and me on Jan 22!!!

^^This is what I want to do,
but I wish I had your scores.^^

good-luck. I hope CR for January 22nd is easy. And my scores don’t compare to the average CC:(

You’re scores look exactly like mine. I got a 186 on my PSAT. What I’m going to try to do is a combo of timed practice, endurance, and skill-checking. I will save about 4 to take for 4 days straight, and one for the week before the test. The other 5 I am going to break up, doing section by section (when I get an hour here or there). Checking all answers, as I’ve heard, is the only way to see what you’re doing wrong. The trick is to use SAT guidebooks sparingly, only scrounging around for details that help you where you’re getting questions wrong. ;)
