<p>being national merit semi and finalist isn't a big honor. everyone gets it. Heck I know a friend who didn't get it but got a full tuition to University of Oklahoma but a NMSF got only 50%....so NmSF actually hurts your application.. try scoring lower on the psat!!!!!!!</p>

<p>Actually, OU's NMF Scholarship is pretty nice. It doesn't cover everything, but it covers a lot. If you put them as your #1 college choice, they will cover full tuition for five years. (The OU rep said they would allow you to take as many hours per semester as you wanted 12, 15, 18, 21, 25+.) You also get $27,000 for additional expenses.</p>
