<p>We just heard!! very happy, though we were pretty sure by past numbers for our state, I never feel sure til it's final...or semi-final.</p>
<p>We were notified by mail last week. The letter asked that it be kept quiet until the press dat Sept.13. That's the day the NMSC releases the 16,000 names.My S's school had 25 SF out of 275. I've heard that ther must be grade or behavior problems or no essay written to not be selected Finalist.</p>
<p>got the answer today! I got 219 and the cutoff was 219 in CA so I am the lucky one :)</p>
