PSAT or SSAT: Which to send in?

I took the PSAT last year(freshman) and my scores were as follow(My mother "wrote" them down, I am 100% certain of my Math, I have the actual sheet that my math score came on to review):
Math: 69
98.93% (sophmore percentile used)

Cr. Reading: 65
95.84%

Writing Skills: 72
96.51%

I used:
<a href="http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/counselors/psat/PSATscores.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/counselors/psat/PSATscores.pdf</a></p>

So would a PSAT score like that or an SSAT around a 95% be better? I think PSAT would be alot better... And I took it for school already.

You need to find out what the schools you are applying to want; if they want the SSAT, then you need to take that test and submit those scores. You can probably submit the PSAT as well, but you should always play it safe and give the schools exactly what they ask for.

sending both? just an idea XD

i agree with westcoast. impressive scores, btw, for a freshman. hopefully, i did that well this year, as a freshmen.

oh btw, definitely send in the ssat scores, because in my opinion the psat’s were A LOT easier than the ssat’s

My school dedicates 2 days to preparation… Which actually helps a good bit. I mean turning all your time to studying the PSAT for around 10 hours. We had breaks and lunch and stuff so it wasn’t total burn out… but no homework was great for stress levels.

Send the scores that the schools request first of all. Then, in addition, send other scores that you feel help your case. My child’s school requires the SSATs, but also accepts PSAT and SAT scores in addition.

Every school that I am applying accepts SSAT or PSAT… Since I am applying for junior year.

I sent both, applying as a junior. But don’t send your freshman scores, send your sophomore scores.
