PSAT Prediction Thread

So, I've been worried about my PSAT scores now that it's December. I've been telling my friends, but they just don't understand and keep saying "It doesn't count, it doesn't count." But for me, it MAY count because last year I was only 6 points away from being an NMS. However, I personally don't think I did too well on this year's exam. Let's predict our scores, and later we can match them up and see if we were right.

Princessbell- Prediction: 212
Actual: -
Do You think you're an NMS?: No
Are You an NMS?: -

Hey bell, this link: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-act-tests-test-preparation/427226-psat-score-reports-now-online-all.html</a> might solve all your worries.

Reversepsych- Prediction: 200
Actual:-
Do You think you’re a NMS?: N/A (10th grade)

Well, I got mine today.

Prediction: Around 200 (soph, no real prep except for one practice test).
Actual: 202 (75 CR, 60 M, 67 W).

sigh, it won’t let me check…guess I’ll just have to wait…

Prediction: I have no idea, but I know i totally bombed the math section :frowning: so probably really badly overall.

too late to predict. i got 223

Nice Mandolive! I’ve been trying that online thing forever that’s been working for some people, but it won’t work for me. Oh well, we’ll get them at school soon enough.

Prediction? I think I did well on the math. The other two, not so much. But we’ll see.

thanks
good luck to everyone

I predict I get around 180.
Not an NMSF b/c I’m a Sophomore.
Don’t know my actual score.

i got my score through my school. I bombed it…
no NMS for me sigh

I predicted 230, but actually got a 226 due to the horrid writing curve.

the highest score i’ve heard so far is a 228 from a junior at my school.
It’s kind of funny though, because he took the SAT like two weeks after the PSAT and got a 2360 on the SAT and a 228 on the PSAT.

I have a friend (soph) who didn’t prep at all and got 226. She’s just a great test-taker in general, though.

There are definitely juniors at my school who got 235+, because I heard one guy moaning about how, “I only missed one question!”

My school is SO slow with these sorts of things. I walked by the testing office (which has nice clear windows so you can see everything), and I think I may have seen them in there, but I’m not sure.

prediction: 225 ish
actual: 235
!!

nms prediction: nmsf
nms: no idea

And I got all excited today as well because there was a huge line in the hallway with people handing out score-report looking things, but alas, it was for class rings. Should have known no one at my school would bother to wait in line for PSAT scores!

I don’t want to see my score because I know that I messed up horribly on the writing section

Prediction: 195 :frowning:
Actual: ?

Prediction: No idea, hoped to get better than last year (218)
Actual: 220
National merit prediction? NY, so borderline!

So, I created an account on the College Board site, and went to My College Quickstart, but it said my score isn’t available yet. Is this true for anyone else?
