Now don't say 2400, because EVERYONE wants that score (well unless you are scoring like 2300+ then well good for you! :D). Say like a score that is in your reaches that you can attain this coming year :]

My goal for PSAT is 200+ and SAT to be around 2100+ .

Right now, I’m getting around 200 for the PSAT, so my goal is 210 (not high enough for national merit for my state though x.X). And then a 2250 for the SAT… but I’d be happy enough with a 2100 (would probably retake though… CCism).

At least 219 on the PSAT (dat reading screwed me last year D:)
I plan on taking the SAT for the first time this year so I have no idea what to expect. I’m hoping for a mid to high 2100 or possibly even a 2200.

Seriously, if you know anything about College Admissions, then you are wasting your time, especially if you want to apply to MIT/Harvard/Yale, who themselves said that they don’t care about your SAT score other then the selection process (SAT/GPA are just the first part of selecting qualified students).

Seriously, 2300+ is really good enough for HYPSMC-whatever. It’s not like they’re going to go “2320? WEAKSAUCE” or “if only he had gotten a 2400 instead of a 2340”.
