how is the level of difficulty on the PSAT compared to that on the SAT?
i know there's a lot more questions on the SAT (and an essay), but how's the level of the questions?

On the SAT:
I found the math harder in terms of the number of tricks they play on you, and I found the critical reading about the same or even easier... maybe it was a year of AP english playing tricks on me but I found it much easier to get through the critical reading passages in the allotted time. As for writing, the essay is annoying.

Some years people will say the SAT is harder, some years people will say the PSAT is harder. Overall they're about the same.

well i'm not really concerned about math since it's my strong point
but i was worried about the other 2 sections

writing: is the m/c consisting of the same errors?
CR: do the questions go more in-depth? or are they about the same?

also, if i can make a 220+, would that necessarily mean a 2200 on the SAT?

I earned a 211 on the PSAT (Oct 05) and 2260 on the SAT (Nov 05)

congrats HJ

i was just concerned b/c if i already struggle w/ some PSAT questions, would i be totally screwed for the SAT ones? or is it so that if i can figure out the PSAT ones, i'm good for the SAT?
