I didn't think mine was that close
216 PSAT (sophomore), 2340 SAT (June after sophomore year)
(I did study, but I also think I was off on PSAT day)

I didn't even know what NMSQT was when I took the test in my junior year, and I didn't know that I had to study for either test.

PSAT 158
SAT 1830

Now I am studying my butt off all summer to get a good SAT score in October (want to break 1400 & 2000, already scoring in the 700 range from CR & W on practice tests but math is still my downfall)

215 PSAT, 2210 SAT.

Close enough, eh? :)

I wish the people on this thread who are writing "no studying" so arrogantly had the option of writing that on their college applications.

When they ended up crying because they were even rejected by schools they considered safeties, maybe they would think twice about admitting their lack of effort.

I also think a lot of people exaggerate their SAT scores on here.

how do you exaggerate a number?

Well, I have noticed that some people do tend to lie about their scores. And some are just so flat-out careless that they'll put different scores in different threads.

Exaggerate: "To represent as greater than is actually the case"

My statement wasn't meant to be offensive, I just meant that the CC community is so competitive that I imagine people would report higher scores than they actually received in order to be accepted. I've noticed the same people posting different scores in different threads within a short time frame.

psat: 189
