PSAT Sat.

well lol i know it didnt mean running…i meant like it was mentioned…whatever

@qwerty23 the line was 3/5X
@jollybolly yes sanguine was an answer

yes, sanguine was an answer. :)

@jollybjolly
pretty sure sanguine was a correct answer (or part of one)

f(x) has two roots, and g(x) was like 3/5 * f(x) or something, so there were definitely two intersections at the zeroes
Not 3/5 times f(x), it was 3/5x.

what were the other choices for “sanguine”?

@jollybjolly I was pondering on that question too. I don’t remember what I put but it was not sanguine.

i put that too

because it was an optimistic prediction

was 6/14 the answer for the one with the probability of a women being chosen from a group?

then its settled, DEFINITELY 2 intersections

anyone remember putting “____ … caution”?

sanguine? doesnt that mean bloodthirsty?
what were the alternatives for that?

It was definitely two intersections. If you graphed g(x)=3/5x, (which is a line btw) you can easily see that it intersects the arc as well as another point.

I got sanguine. Pretty sure.

@aayaa, chinese adults say “aaya” in the same way we would use -facepalm-.

Crap. I failed

I’m pretty sure it was running…
the sentence was “fear of _____ courses through debates” or something
so “fear of ____ EXAMINES through debates” doesn’t really make sense.

@neojunk it was sanguine bc it said it was optimistic

yea but i simplified it to 3/7
it was a grid in right?

I got 3/4 for the women being chosen from the group. Now that I think of it, I did it wrong XD

What was the sanguine question?

@gracee yes it was running but i don’t think it was that sentence haha
