PSAT Sat.

I got unexpected too

Yeah I didn’t put sanguine. I AM SCREWED! My parents think I studied all week lol

Do you remember any other other choices for the sanguine question

The cr question was “the book was ____ about the future, and optimistically concluded that the economy would _____ within a few months”

sanguine & improve

-

Same here.

I think I just saw optimistic and improve so put it down, I hope

does anyone remember the improving paragraph section? which sentences did you add in conclusion for the first paragraph, and introducing the second paragraph

Yeah I didn’t put sanguine. I AM SCREWED! My parents think I studied all week lol

-

I did almost no studying; no prep classes, no psat/sat books. The only prep I did was the official sat question of the day as my homepage for the past two months and then I did the practice psat test included in the booklet they gave us!

EDIT: I think I did a lot better this year than last year, when I did more prep. It’s all about nerves and confidence, I think.

I put 20 for the even integers out of 30. But I had no idea what it was. My thought process was that other than the 10 give odd and the 8 given evens, the numbers could be even or odd.

@inflore if you can give me some choices i can tell you. I’m sure i got those right though

It was an example of how the managers treated the workers unfairly, like charging them for water and stuff.

Can someone tell me what the question was on the gridin that had an answer of 12?

Ha, I played Minecraft all week. I’m such a loser.

It is 20 because:
There are 30 in total
18 are multiples of 5
of those 18, ten are odd
So 8 are even
The other 12 that are not multiples of 5 are all even, so the answer is 20.

The cr question was “the book was ____ about the future, and optimistically concluded that the economy would _____ within a few months”

why not “foreboding…rebound”?

@lololwut oh yeah it was the managers treating them unfairly and for the intro to paragraph two it was something aboout leading to violence

@erickkwangg Yeah, they didn’t really specify anything so I just assumed that the rest was even.

was one of the writing answers “Despite what the mill owners intended, violence erupted” or something

I believe it asked for the maximum possible number of evens, so you can just assume the rest are evens.

@jollybolly. it would work if it didnt have “conclude” it concluding which means it was sure so it is not a prediction

that was like my second choice but rebound didnt make sense…to me at least

I put foreboding and rebound! I didn’t know what foreboding meant but it sounds right.
