@koreankid,
Thanks, that was what I was thinking; I put no error, but people were saying that there was an error.

of course I can’t say for sure until someone actually gets the PSAT booklet back from their school (which someone should be able to do now if they would just ask their counselor) but based on what I have read, there is no error with the “not on” “but rather on” sentence. “not, but rather” is a common idiomatic expression (or maybe its called a correlative conjunction) which has been previoulsy tested on the SAT- but either way, based on what people are saying, the sentence is also prefectly parallel. so we will see, but at this point, it appears no error is correct…

Gosh darn it, I missed that (x+z)/y one. Oh well, there goes my 80 in math. Looks like I’ll have to settle for a 76 or something. But if the “not on…but on” question is no error, then I might have gotten an 80 in writing so that makes up for it. I’ll try to get the PSAT booklet tomorrow.

Ooh okay, let us know how that works out.

I asked my counselor for the booklet but she said the school doesn’t release it until December, when we get our score report…

some schools will give you the booklet even before the scores come out. If I get one, or if someone else does, then I’ll post the question since it is a released test.

Can someone predict my scores

Can someone predict my scores please
Worst Case:
Math -0
Reading -8
Writing -3

Best Case:

The numbers I wrote meaning how many questions I got wrong, not the raw score. Also, I agree the “not on, but on” was no error.

Buk – 190-205
lock – 210-220

I’d actually estimate Lock’s best case to be around 226.

thanks to both of you. What about worst case?

Worst case shouldn’t be lower than 210 (probably around 213). That perfect score in math really helps.

hope it’s good enough for Delaware

Worst case scenario, going for NAS

anyone want to post answers?
