<p>Dad here - my daughter got a 209 in WI. (98th percentile) I know that is above last year’s nationwide commended. However I saw where nms only applies for 99percentile. Do you think the top score expanded so much that the 209 will be out of the commended range? Also I know WI had a cutoff last year of 209. Does that mean 209 and above made semifinalist or 209 and below only made commended/nonparticipant?</p>
