No, it looks like College Board closed the door, so to speak. My guess is that even when they do get posted next week, you will still need the access code from the score report (to be consistent with last year). But who knows? We'll find out when we find out.

Well, hopefully my school will pass them out next week. I'm not that excited to see them anyway--probably because I've been hanging out on this board all night and I know my scores are lower than a lot of people's on here.

The principal at my daughter's school announced that the counselors will give out the scores on January 24. I tried accessing the site in all the ways suggested over the last few days, but without any luck. Does anyone think there will be any way to get the scores before 1/24?

Sophomore D received hers today. School admin got them earlier this week, chewed on 'em for a couple of days, them handed them out.

my school (IL public) has them now, they haven't decided how they're going to hand em back but my counselor let me take a peek at mine when i was in the guidance office

Anyone knows cutoff for FL for this year?
Thanks

what does this mean exactly?

got mine today as sophomore

"Commended" refers to a score determined to be in the top 50,000 of all scores. Unlke the NMSF cut-offs, its is determined on a nationwide, not state-by-state, basis. Last year the minimum score to recieve "Commended" honors was 200.

LKM, it is up the schools to distribute the scores. Collegeboard has no guidelines for student distribution. They send the scores to the schools around Dec. 1. I was told by my S school that scores will be handed out Fri, Dec 14, last full day of classes before finals. Since the new counselor told me a while back, I will be in contact w/her this week to make sure those scores get home.

If I were you, I would push the principal/counselor to hand out the scores. A primary purpose of the PSAT is to give you an idea of the SAT score range for your student. You may want that info prior to signing your student up for the SAT in the spring.

I personally want it, as my junior S took the ACT in Oct and does not intend to take the SAT at all unless his PSAT score is close to the past NMSF cutoff for our state. If it looks like he "might" qualify for NMSF, he will need a qualifying SAT score and will have to take the test this spring.

I took my psat around 2004-2005. Where would i be able to find my old test scores?
