<p>Yeah. Each section is scored on a scale of 20 to 80. The average junior scores tend to be from the mid 40’s to high 40’s range. That’s where the percentiles come in. If your report puts you at, say, 76% among those of your age, then that means that you scored higher than 76% of the people your age that took the test. They give you a percentile that takes into account all scores in the US, and at least for international students, they also give you a percentile that takes into account only the scores OUTSIDE of the US. If you’re wondering what this would equal in the SAT, just add a 0 to your scores :). Your projected SAT score, then, would be around 1760.</p>
