i got a 180 on my psat score. is that good enough for me to get into the SLS program at West Point? Is that a good psat score that West Point accepts? Also is 1880 a good enough SAT score to get into West Point?

For SAT, I’d shoot for higher, at least 1900, higher if possible.

How did your PSAT scores break down?

Here at our home the one teen has PSATs of, I believe, 60Critical Reading, 66Math and 62Writing…(The other’s are a bit lower but he has another year to get ready).
Decent scores but not feeling overly confident about SLS…mainly because most true candidates for the program seem to have those scores or much better. Hoping extensive leaderships and current competitive prep school will help!
Agree that SAT should be at 1900 or higher, with math and reading being 650 or above, correct?

^Yes, 650 or above is correct.

Don’t worry too much if your kid doesn’t get into SLS, it’s mainly used as a recruiting tool, and doesn’t really mean anything one way or another for actual admissions for the academies.
