Hi, if I took the PSAT in 2014, as a junior, and I didn’t take my SAT until January, do I send my PSAT scores to NMSC for Semi-Finalist consideration next year, as a senior? Or did I just miss the deadline?

NMSC will disclose semifinalists next school year, when you are a senior. You don’t have to do anything to become a semi-finalist other than get the requisite score for your state. If you make SF you will have to submit a confirming SAT score, write an essay, etc.
