anyone know when the cutoffs come out?

Spring-ish, I believe. You can look at past cut-offs to get a rough idea though. [FairTest Press Release: National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Scores Vary Greatly State-By State | FairTest](http://www.fairtest.org/fairtest-press-release-national-merit-scholarship-2013) The range is usually one or two points higher or lower.
As a person who scored a 226 and goes to school in NJ, I’m feeling a little nervous since last year’s cutoff was 224 It’s too bad I moved away from WV; their cutoff was 203 :D

Cutoffs for semifinalist won’t be known until September. But the top 50,000, which includes commended and semifinals, will be notified around February. If you get that letter, you are at least commended.
