<p>I think the cutoff for PSAT commendment is 200, do you know if they still use PSAT score to determine SEMI-finalist?</p>

<p>because i think semi-finalist >> finalist depends not on PSAT score, but on SAT/academics/ec's..</p>

<p>but is semi finalist the same way or is it pure PSAT score</p>

<p>semi-finalist is purely determined by PSAT scores, although the cut-offs are by state. finalist standing involves ec's/essays/SATs</p>
