<p>Are the state cutoffs expected to rise this year? I go to school in DC and I received a 223 on my PSAT (just got my report today). In DC, last year's cutoff was 223 exactly--obviously, I don't want to hear that cutoffs will rise :(</p>

<p>Looks like it's pretty consistently 222-ish; it wouldn't be UNHEARD OF for it to rise, but I don't think that it's particularly likely. Good job; I hope you make it!</p>

<p>I mean, keep in mind that this year's scores go toward the 2009 program. But I think it's likely that you'll make it. </p>
<p>Also, I was just looking at that graph, and whaaat? 240-point PSATs have been administered since '97? I would have thought that they started two/three years ago when the SAT scale changed. o__O</p>
