PSAT sophomore

My child (sophomore) took her PSAT today and said that she got very sick in the middle of her test. She continued and finished but she said that she was out of it and does not think she did well at all. She is a very smart and hardworking kid and was actually looking forward to taking this test today. Would this be something that may end up being detrimental later on when she applies to schools? Thank you!

No. PSAT scores don’t get sent to colleges. And taking it as a sophomore doesn’t even qualify one for NMQ status. It will have zero effect on college acceptance outcomes.

Nope. Not at all.

@Groundwork2022 @Rivet2000 Thank you so much!!

Zero impact. None whatsoever. Hope she feels better.
