PSAT tomorrow- good luck!

I posted this in the parents forum, but thought I'd do so here too. As the parent of a HS Jr, tomorrow counts !! Good luck to all of you taking it tomorrow. May the National Merit gods shine upon you :)

I am a junior... and I will be taking it tomorrow!......
The only thing I'm worried about is C.R...... but I'll find out tomorrow

Good luck!

My s. is also worried a bit about the CR. On the practice tests, he scores right around this yrs cutoff for our state! I am crossing my fingers. He has a cold and doesn't feel great-- not good!! Maybe, MAYBE he'll go to bed early??!!?

hhaah...... tell him to have a banana....lol...-ive heard that works

Banana will cure his cold or make him go to bed early??? :D
No matter, he ate the last one yesterday. We are all out o' bananas :(

I'm stressing out..... maybe I shouldn't have taken so many practice tests today..... ugh..... so tired..... can't type...

I'm a senior...good luck guys...

Someone better start a recap thread tomorrow so we can compare how we think we did! :)

Deafeninghorn-
My s is downstairs playing video games. Hmmmm...... I tried throwing a few vocab words by him... nothing stuck...

good luck all.

At my school, sophomore and juniors are taking it, freshmen are taking normal classes and us seniors get the day off to do "college" things.

I will actually be doing some app stuff for awhile

Tomorrow us seniors don't have to go in until 11. I'm happy.

my school does it on saturday, so i have until then. but last year as a sophomore i got 196 without any studying, but i've been doing tons of sat stuff during the summer, so hopefully i can get at least commended student relatively easily, but i'm just scared i'll make a stupid mistake

but best of luck to everyone taking it tomorrow:)

did anyone try the practice test the collegeboard outs out???

cuz i just did it (kind of lazily and with almost an hour to spre in total)..... adn got 10 pts less total than i did as a soph.... i didnt remeber how that translates..... i now im being niotpicky... but im not sucha good test tkaer- adn to go down in score form last yr would reloal yreally bum me out( even by only a coupe, pts...)
(btw--- last yr i got 201-- tonight: 191)

We'll start a thread tomorrow no doubt......
Dont stress........

i didnt know that a lot of kids took it tommorow i thought it was on a saturday and "special" people like me took it on wednesday..no im not kidding im "Special" i have a adhd a pdd a sensory functioning disorder ohh the list could go for miles thankfully everything i could list is minor or i could b considered the stupidest kid on the planet...lol i go to a "special" school for "special" kids who have "special" accomidations and the test is taken in "special" areas @ my uber "special" hs part of my "special" school..
ok my hands are getting tired of holding down shift so im done w/ the quotation marks..lol

haha lolzz.... pretty much everyone I know in highschool in the phoenix area is taking it tomorrow except homeschoolers

In my school district, everyone takes the PSAT on a weekday. Probably there are enough people here who observe a sabbath on Saturday (or go out of town on the weekend of the state teacher union conference ;) ) that that has been routine here for a long time.

But most people here take SAT I and SAT II tests on Saturday mornings, just as it is all over the country.

I think you can only take the sat on sat mornings.....

haha ill be sleeping

good luck
