<p>SAT: longer, has an essay, and in my experience, the questions are harder.</p>
<p>They ARE very similar, but the PSATs that I took, compared to the SATs that I took, were easier. :]</p>
<p>hmmm.... i've heard a million different opinions on that. i asked my GC and she didn't know (wonder what GCs r for). some told me psats r harder, including my math teacher</p>
