<p>I want to make NMSF. Is SAT prep enough for PSAT or you need to prep differently as the formats and test times are different? What is your advice for PSAT success (Books, other resources, duration of prep)?</p>
<p>Take a practice PSAT ASAP to see where you stand. As for me, I got a 206 on my first attempt, and taking two more practice tests and analyzing my mistakes was enough to get my score up to a 223.</p>
<p>And yes, SAT preparation will definitely help prepare you for the PSAT. I’d still recommend one or two real PSAT practice tests, though. (Barron’s is good, but it over-prepares.)</p>
