<p>hey guys, i've been cc free for about a month now and I thought i would check in and see what's going on...a question I have after reading through the recent threads is:

<p>-I didn't sign up for financial aid, can i check "ursa" or do i have to find out my decision in 4 days like the regular people?</p>
<p>the answer is probably in one of the many ursa threads, but it must be buried deep within useless conversation making it hard to find my answer, anyone want to save me some time and just give a quick answer</p>
<p>If you didn’t sign up I don’t think URSA will give you any indication. I’m actually kinda curious why so many people didn’t fill out a FAFSA. Even if you don’t qualify for aid, don’t you at least want to have the option to apply for scholarships and whatnot?</p>
<p>UPDATE: I put in my application id, name, DOB, and I checked off that I was a current student/new admit. But I chickened out before I made my user name…
1)will entering the info to confirm my identification negatively effect me in any way?</p>

<p>I haven’t filled out my FAFSA yet because I just filed my taxes, but I’m in the same boat as you. I’ve got “document tracking” or whatever it is, but I don’t have the summary.</p>
