Can I apply to Penn State UP rolling admissions on December 23 because I want to include my senior year first semester grades in my SRAR. Will my chances of being accepted by affected if I wait this late
I don’t believe Penn State looks at senior grades. You enter the courses you are taking and then choose in-progress if the class isn’t fully completed. You can still have your guidance counselor send your first quarter grades in, but they don’t really have a role in deciding whether you will be admitted or not. Hope that helps!!
Admissions won’t look at senior grades. My now SD at PSU tried doing that as a senior in high school and they wouldn’t take them.
You can apply any time because Penn State doesn’t take senior grades at all. You have missed the priority deadline of Dec 1 so that means you will be in the regular decision cycle. These decisions are “rolling” but they are not first in, first out. Applicants usually hear sometime in the two months after application.
