<p>Yes to summer session. I guess that had a big influence. I’m glad it compensated for my low GPA as UP was my first choice.</p>

<p>you might have a chance since your GPA is higher than mine. I took the ACT instead of the SAT and got a 32 (according to a conversion chart that’s roughly the equivalent of a 2130 on the SAT).</p>

<p>hey guys, I recently applied to Penn State undergrad and upon checking my “mypennstate” account yesterday, I noticed that my picture had changed to the Nittany Lion with a box below it explaining the 2+2 program and how all the other campuses are great. This scared me because from what I’ve read on this site, the picture change to the Nittany Lion seems to mean you’ve either been deferred or denied and I was wondering if there was anyone who has experienced otherwise and if not, what would be the major with the lowest stats or highest admissions to get into UP being that it doesn’t matter at first what major i get into, I will obviously eventually transfer into my intended one (keep in mind that I applied DUS on my app), thanks!</p>
