<p>Accepted to EME at main campus for summer.</p>
<p>I wouldn’t have chosen Summer but it isn’t really a plus or minus in my book. After my mom heard that you could take a class or two over summer to ease into college life she seemed very enthused so I may have been going either way!</p>

<p>Daughter waiting to hear also. She applied to The College of Health and Human Services/ Dept of Kinesiology. She applied early October. Her credentials are much better then her friends who have already been accepted to UP. She is getting nervous.</p>

<p>Do they release any decisions over the weekend or is my best bet that I’ll find out on Tuesday?</p>
<p>My son is still waiting to hear from architecture, or landscape architecture. His status changed to coming days today. I haven’t heard of anyone getting into architecture yet. Very anxious for him.</p>
<p>No, my son is from NJ. He applied and had all credentials in by middle of October. He applied to architecture with landscape architecture as a second choice so they were told they wouldn’t hear anything until a little bit later as all architecture applicants had until November 30th to get their applications in.</p>

<p>Have to admit I’ve been obsessively checking my son’s status. It changed by 6am this morning to coming days. Changed within the last 2 hours to accepted Main Campus for Fall.</p>
<p>I didn’t know you had to put Starting Campus as UPark, I thought you were automatically evaluated for that campus. I put it as Erie and was accepted for Engineering. I emailed the Admissions office and asked if I they could reevaluate my application with UPark as my Starting Campus and they said they would but only for Summer 2014. Probably not going to Penn State anymore.</p>

<p>I wanna breakdown and cry. I can’t handel this.</p>

Yeah I thought so too. Got Summer. Not worried about it, the LEAP program looks fun.</p>
<p>Penn state claims that “they don’t put too much emphasis on the SAT and that the GPA accounts for 2/3 of the decision” but in reality it’s actually the SAT that they look at because those with high SATs got in and those with high GPAs are still waiting most of them really.</p>
