General Comments:
As long as you stay on top of school and show that you’re involved, you should have no problem whatsoever getting into Penn State. My stats and stuff are not that special, yet they sent me an acceptance letter just over a week later. Good luck to everyone who applied!!!

Accepted to CoE. 2320 SAT, 800 Math 2, 800 Physics, 4.0 UW. Got into cornell ED, but I would have been happy going to Penn State. Congrats to all who got in! Great school with lots of opportunities.

LeceaSun, were you offered admission to another school at PSU (or did you not select a second choice)? Your stats are very good–I wonder if the engineering school reached capacity early this year? Admissions to Penn State are up this year.

yeah they give me a slot in york campus but i am not likely going there, I am waiting for a few other colleges. And yeah I think capacity is the reason, they do send me a letter tells me that they have no room left for me
But it seems that everyone here get accepted(congrats btw!) with a 2100+ SAT score so that is pretty reasonable that I didn’t make it

I applied by the priority deadline and selected Computer Engineering as my major. I was wondering if you had the same major and if computer engineering is oversaturated now.

Accepted DUS UP Fall 2014 Very very excited. First choice feeling so happy. Attending 2/14 admitted students day.

Having been anxiously waiting since November, status continues to read “We are currently reviewing your credentials, a decision will be made soon” Losing hope for main campus. Applied PreMed. .

Wow! Not happy to read that the school of engineering is full! Very disappointing. We were hoping to hear back by the end of January for admission.
It’s been such a long wait.

my daughter has been anxiously waiting since October/November too and is now losing hope. She is so close to committing to Temple at this time, but I know PSU is her number 1 choice. I just hope she will be patient. Like they say, “No news is good news”. Good luck to all who are still waiting to hear.
