PSU Class of 2020 Decision Thread

Then yup OOS here!

I know PSU is closed all next week for Thanksgiving. Can we assume the admissions office is closed too? It seems we have been seeing decisions released even on weekends…so who knows.

I could be wrong, but it seems like the admissions are starting to move down from the very top-tier kids into the 1900-1800 SAT and 3.7 GPA kids. Can we expect to see more of this?

My d has not heard and we applied summer and she has the grades and scores It is strange

I sure hope so @tmperini

My daughter applied September 1, and all her transcripts etc were in on September 14. So we are waiting as well! I know how frustrating it is but it is nice to know that we are not alone. She applied to the College of Earth and Mineral Science as a Meteorology Major.

My daughter applied on 10/6.

Out of State…

Chances?

Ooops, forgot to mention… Five AP classes, two with a grade of “5” on the exams… Two college level classes this semester.

You should start a chances thread. I can’t say cuz I’m intl, but scores are good.

FYI: classes are off, but PSU employees do not go on T-giving break until weds afternoon.

@luvthej Thanks. I was wondering if they would be off also. Still waiting for a decision.

Applied at 9am September 1st, as soon as I woke up on the first day the application opened… 1890 sat 4.0 goa, 6 APs, OOS majoring in Biology. Not asking for anyone to chance me just expressing my frustration as to how I have not heard anything yet with higher scores then others who have been accepted and applied much later… Anyone else dealing with this issue? Hoping to hear very soon

@rosie1790 A lot of us in your situation. You are not alone.

I am in the same holding pattern. Just stay confident! I just tell myself everyday that passes I am one day closer to getting my acceptance. I hope we both hear soon.
