<p>My D just got accepted to PSU University Parkvafter giving up on them when she didn't get a reply fast enough for her.So know I've been giving myself a crash course on the school and had a couple of questions about the room and board fees and her meal plan. I was wondering is the base fee for her meal plan included in her room and board feees or doyou pay the whole thing seperately.</p>
<p>It is one bill, broken down into a room charge and a dining charge.</p>
