i was accepted... you can check my stats profile if you want, but i'm too lazy to post them :)

102.6 GPA (Weighted) 1510 SAT (760M 750CR) Many ECs

I'll be there next year.

I'm also in at Schreyer and waiting to hear from the HYPS crowd... people who know they are coming to Schreyer, what other schools did/would you choose it over? There is a very, very good chance I won't even need to make a decision (i.e. I wont get in anywhere else) but if I do, I've been wondering how I should go about choosing.

any insights?

I chose it over SJU Honors, UDel, Drexel Accelerated Premed, and RPI. This was the only school that I really wanted to go to, though.

If I had to guess their weighting methods, it would be extra 1/2 point for honors, full point for AP.

i didnt get in, and i have a 4.3/1450/tons of ecs

if youre interested in honors, make sure your essays are AMAZING-- people from my school with lower stats and apparently awesome essays got accepted while people with 4.8s/1500s/mediocre essays got rejected

Luv2swim1031: Sorry to hear...where are you headed to now?

im not sure yet... i got into bucknell yesterday, and i hear back from william & mary, cornell, and boston college sometime within the next few weeks. i'll keep you posted :)
