anyone know someone rejected from psu so far?

oh wait, i was

Give it up already Melon. This is the 2nd or 3rd thread on this that you have. Get over it, and apply eslewhere. If you're going to let a rejection from Penn State RUIN YOUR LIFE, then it shows how weak you are. When you get to college, you'll face ALOT more complications.

what were your stats getting rejected from PSU?

I hope I didnt take your spot since I hope I dont have to go there

what were your stats getting rejected from PSU?

Kingjames,
Rejection is really tough to deal with, especially if you had your mind set on attending the school.

bro, i think you need to chill out and take your 2300 sat score and shove it. i have full ahtletic rides, i dont want to play college tennis. when your whole family is psu, and every other campus you visit sucks, then your in a dillema.

lol who did you say got a 2300, because it definitely wasnt me

Perhaps so but what will this do? Here are the contents of a few of your posts:

There were some far more pointless ones that were cleaned by moderators. Melon I think you should realize spamming on a forum wouldn't help you get into psu.

Noone is telling you to stop asking questions that are contructive but whats the point of this thread and many many others similar to this? Knowing whether if others are rejected won't help you. WIll you feel better if everyone else is rejected as well like you? Does that make you feel better? Really, that is not how you should approach the problem.

You must remember here is not 'The Turman show'. The earth doesn't revolve around you; there are others here as well that may perhaps be affected by your actions. There is no reason whatsoever to make a thread like "OMG I am going to get into psu as a tennis recruit!". I really think you should realize this forum is not here just for you. I know you are miserable but please be a little more considerate. Telling others 'to shove it' isn't appropriate either.

Please understand that we do feel sorry for you but that is to a certain extent. We know how it feels because most of us will perhaps face a similar situation soon. However once again, there is no reason why you should let your depression affect the others around you.

what were your stats?

You need to move on, get over it. Its not the end of the world. Thats why they say to apply to SAFE schools, for reasons like this. we do feel bad for you, dont get us wrong, but it happens ALL the time to people. Im probably gonna get rejected from North Carolina State, but Im not gonna pout over it because I got accepted to the University of Cincinnati. Be more optimistic, move on, and be a stronger person.

Sucks man, PSU was my safety and I got in but I surely wont be going there.

No offence Melon, but how come you had your eyes so set on PSU?? I know it's "in your blood" and everything, but didn't you get a 1060 and a 3.0 GPA? Sorry, but compared to PSU's average GPA/SAT's, you probably shouldn't have automatically "expected" to get in.
I've got a cousin who's a flat out genious. 1580/1600 SAT, taught himself AP Calc and got a 5, etc, etc. He got rejected from every single Ivy (sent in applications kinda late/crappy EC's). He took his full ride to UConn, mustered a 3.8 GPA there...and now is at Columbia Medical School.
My point? There's always other options. My cousin wanted to attend an ivy JUST as much as you want to attend PSU. It didn't work out as well as he would have liked, he took a different path...and stayed optimistic. I think it's safe to say he's doing just fine now.
