<p>My son was given Berks and he did not ever want Berks but the application asked for two locations. Now what? He will select another school that will fit better than Berks. Any options available? What should he consider doing?</p>
<p>^ very sorry to hear that…I have really low SAT score and I got into the summer season…I don’t understand what you mean by the application asked for two location. It asks for priority campus and alternate starting campus. I hope you put priority as University Park and alternate as Berks…or did you do the opposite ?</p>

Berks/Reading is one hour away and he wants the experience of living away from home. He was so excited about PS. Now he is disappointed and looking at another offer. That school is 5 hours away. I feel really bad for him but dont know what to advise. Change major? Summer Session? He felt that he had to put down the two locations because it was asked on the app even though he would not accept the branch.</p>

<p>Ok call them and ask to be considered for summer season. If he had checked summer season when he applied, he would have gotten accepted.
@machoman I think they do update statuses on Sunday since its automatically done. Your decision is already made but the server only displays the decision after 2 or 3 days so that you get the letter first.</p>

<p>I applied on 12/16 when i emailed them they said decision will be posted in end of FEB but its 20 jan now i dont know if this is a good or a bad sign :/</p>
