Other: no alumni (I come from a long line of UPenn and Pitt alumni), I was rejected by SHC</p>
<p>Also, I originally applied to the College of Liberal Arts and changed my mind to Smeal. They basically took away my acceptance and gave it back three anxiety-filled days later after the business admissions people reviewed my application. I don’t recommend switching colleges after you’ve been accepted!</p>
<p>PSU is offering admission to another major at UP for fall semester , and not my requested/applied major ( at UP) ! it does mean i am accepted to PSU …and i have to rethink about my major choice. please suggest ! </p>
<p>Thankfully the campus option is not changes ! else it would have carried some other meaning !</p>
<p>metoyou: if the offered major is in the same college as the one you requested, I would say ACCEPT… You can always change later… Even if it’s not, and you are trying to switch from an arts and sciences major, to say the business school, it is possible (competitive, but possible).</p>
